From little league to professional football, rugby, and baseball, Desmond has honed his athleticism and developed a profound understanding of human performance. His competitive spirit led him to excel in powerlifting, where he has captured multiple world and national championships and records.

Desmond brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy as a seasoned personal trainer and powerlifting coach. He holds a bachelor's degree from Winston-Salem State University (2008) and an associate’s degree (2014) in personal training and occupational studies. Continuously seeking to expand his knowledge, Desmond is currently pursuing a master's degree in sports training facilities.
